Shipping policy

Unless otherwise specified, all orders will be shipped ground via common carrier (i.e. UPS, FedEx). We can provide expedited shipments at an additional cost.

All shipping charges are available on our website. Click on “Shipping Quote” on the individual product page and enter your zip code to determine the cost of your shipment.

Orders placed before 3pm (EST) Monday through Friday will be sent out that same day. Orders placed after 3pm Eastern Standard Time will ship the next business day.

International Orders

Goods Damaged During Shipment

Be sure that you inspect all boxes for obvious mishandling or damage before the delivery person leaves.

Do not sign a clear receipt for damaged or missing cartons or there will be no basis for a claim.

If damage or loss is apparent upon delivery, do not accept the shipment until you make a notation of the damage on all copies of the carrier's pro bill and have the driver sign all copies to acknowledge the notation.

If damage is discovered after the package has been opened, email the Customer Service Department at [email protected] to report it immediately. We will make arrangements with the carrier to pick up the damaged package. Arrangements will then be made to provide you with a replacement.

Keep all merchandise, packing materials and boxes with the damaged product at the location to which it was delivered. Do not throw anything away. Cooperate and follow up as necessary to secure final settlement.

Taxes

Zanon Lights, LLC is required to charge sales/use tax for shipments to the state of Connecticut. Customer is responsible for paying any required sales and/or use taxes in all other states. Any taxes/fees/duties associated with international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
